How do we know what to quote?

For lawn maintenance, the quote to you will be based on Google’s aerial & street-view imagery. This is what enables me to get and return your quote back to you so efficiently and quickly. The quotes are priced per service and will be determined by the turf on the property. We do not upcharge if you live in a high-class neighborhood, and the prices are based solely off square footage.

What's Included in the Quote?

The only quote we will provide over phone/email will be for Lawn maintenance. Everything else will have to be quoted on site.

 

 Quotes for Either weekly or Bi-weekly Lawn Maintenance will include:

 

• Mowing your Front and back yard

• Weed eating (trimming grass around obstacles)

• Edging sidewalks, driveways, and curbs

• Blowing off all surfaces

Something to keep in mind: If any portion of your yard is over 10" tall, you can expect the first service to get your yard under control for a one-time only surcharge. This includes the edges of your lawn being overgrown or If your grass is over 10" tall. The reason for this one time charge is because the cleanup up time is much longer when the grass/edges are longer as well as the time it takes to mow and edge the property.

Sure, that is possible after the first mowing. I will need to visit your property to give you an accurate quote for these additional services.

Is leaf cleanup included?

If we have to bag any leaves or grass clippings (per your request), it will have to be at an additional charge.

When and how do I Pay?

Your payment is handled through online invoicing, and you do not have to worry about meeting with anyone to arrange payment. After the service is completed by us, you will get an email with your invoice. The invoice will have a pay button where you safely and easily pay from. It's simple, fast, and efficient. Very easy. No hidden fees. No contracts. Ever!
