Landscaping services such as pavers, sod installation, garden bed cleanups/design, etc., will require me to come out to the property to do an estimate. I can usually make it out the next day if not the same day to do a quote for you.
Lawn Maintenance quotes will be based on Google’s aerial & street-view imagery and will be given the same day.
What's Included in the Quote?
Unless you specify something else, a quote for weekly or Bi-weekly Lawn Maintenance will include:

Mowing your Front and back yard

Weed eating (trimming grass around obstacles)

Edging sidewalks, driveways, and curbs

Blowing off all surfaces.
Something to keep in mind: If any portion of your yard is over 10" tall or the edges of your lawn are overgrown, you can expect the first service to get your yard under control for a one-time only surcharge. Also, lawn maintenance is strictly lawn maintenance. We will not trim shrubs or touch anything in garden beds unless told to do so.
